Flow of placement service

2. Interview with job-offering person (company)

We will have interview about your needs of foreign human resource.

3. Making a job-offering information

We will explain the fee about placement service and if you are agree with the fee and contents, please sign the basic contract so that we can make a job-offering information.

4. Choose right persons for a company

We will pick up human resources that meet your needs, and disclose resumes for documentary examination.

5. Interview

Interview places are picked in response of requests from customers.

For people who live overseas, we suggest to use Skype for online interview.

6. Employment・Make a contract

Our administrative scrivener office is able to offer total support till foreign employees complete their embarkation formalities. 

Placement service fee schedule

All the service fee below are legally prescribed and notified to the proper authorities. The service fee which is notified is the ceiling, and the actually fee will be decided by an agreement for service contract with job-offering person.

● Administration fee when a job offer is accepted

Up to 20,000JPY

Job-offering person has to pay the fee.

● Service to introduce workers to job-offering person

Contingent fee system

(Case of term less employment contract)

Up to 30% of the annual income that a worker will be paid in the first year (according to the notice of an unofficial offer or the notice of employment).

(Case of terminable employment contract)

Up to 30%of the wages (according to the notice of an unofficial offer or the notice of employment) that a worker will be paid during his/her period of employment contract. (If the employment period is over one year, the fee is up to the worker's annual income.)
